Research
Our research is strongly interdisciplinary and deals with conceptual, formal and applied issues at the intersection of economics, management science, and political science. The principle focus of our research lies in analysis of different aspects of governance structures. Making use of concepts from game, social choice, and agency theory, we are, in particular, interested in the analysis of collective-decision making situations, organizational structures, power in organizations and in the economic analysis of management concepts. In addition, we also conduct research in the economic analysis of law.
